For all practical purposes the low priority workload is already
being constrained, because the average CPU utilization is so high.
The blue linear regression line shows a definite increase in high
priority CPU utilization over the last several months. The guideline
for high priority CPU Utilization is 60%. At the current trends,
when will the high priority CPU utilization reach the guideline?
Click on the line to open the Trend Statistics window, and enter
'60'. The answer is November 1st, 2001.
