This Privacy Statement explains our general privacy practices that apply to PI that we collect and use. We never share your PI with anyone except IBM or an IBM Business Partner who requested the service on your behalf.
We do not want to receive any confidential or proprietary information from you through our web site. Any information or material sent to us will be considered NOT confidential.
We may collect PI in order to respond to your requests for support, software downloads, and any invoicing that may occur. When you contact us (online or offline) in connection with a request for information, support or services, we collect information necessary to fulfill your request. This information may serve to identify you upon any further interactions. We retain such information for administrative purposes, defending our rights, and in connection with our relationship with you.
We occasionally send out mass emails about webinars or new releases of software, but will never fill your inbox up with unwanted emails. If you ever want to be taken off our infrequent email list, please email firstname.lastname@example.org

MPG implements reasonable physical, administrative and technical safeguards to protect your PI from unauthorized access or misuse.
We will not retain any PI beyond 15 years, and we will remove it sooner at a customer’s request. Email email@example.com
with subject line “MPG Request form: Delete Requestor PI”. You can also request to access, update or correct your PI. You also have the right to object to direct marketing.
