 Defined as the collection of current day and/or historical performance data from specific, named IBM CPU serial #(s) by the means described in the Agreement. Service Provider will provide the following deliverables to the Customer: (A) A "State of the Union" report that includes graphics and narratives that shows the current performance status of each Logical Partition (LPAR) on a given CPU serial #. (B) One or more "What-If"® graphs modeling a peak historical workload day (24 hours) on different IBM systems configurations. As requested by Customer, the modeling can include the following; addition or subtraction of workload, annualize growth rate calculations, disk configuration options, server consolidation, and LPAR configuration. Memory recommendation will also be provided. Service Provider will present output deliverable materials to Customer by email and accompanying telephone conference call between the hours of 8AM and 5PM, Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Friday, US holidays excluded. Capacity Planning Services are priced at US $350 per CPU serial # (including LPARs) when modeling to IBM 520 Power Servers and US $750 per CPU serial # (including LPARs) when modeling to IBM 550 Power Servers and up.
