The generated performance reports will vary depending on the available performance data. That is, historical performance reports will not be generated if the appropriate historical data is not available. The Service Provider and Customer will agree on the scope of the reporting once the performance data environment has been assessed. Service Provider will present output deliverable materials to Customer by email and accompanying telephone conference call between the hours of 8AM and 5PM, Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Friday, US holidays excluded.
